Delete Your Account

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open the Waitless app and sign in
2. Go to Profile
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
4. Confirm — your account is deleted immediately, there is no waiting period

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email contact@wait-less.in from your registered email address requesting account deletion. We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your reservations and reservation history
• Your restaurant ratings, reviews, and photos
• Your friends list and any pending friend requests
• Your saved/favourited restaurants
• Your push notification token

What's retained, and why

Restaurants you had confirmed reservations with may retain records of past bookings as required by their own operational and tax record-keeping obligations — Waitless does not control this. Aggregated, de-identified data (e.g. table turnover statistics with no link back to you) is not personal data and isn't deleted, since it's already been stripped of anything identifying you.
